Es handelt sich dabei um eine unmittelbare Folge des systemischen Funktionierens, „weil die Inklusion einer immer größeren Zahl von Personen in die Prozesse des Systems eine der plausibelsten Formen ist, Wachstum zu realisieren“ (Stichweh 2005: 73).
